Important: Enable User Tracking

Required for Analytics: Add this to your OpenWebUI environment/YAML configuration to enable user tracking in Qorebit analytics:

ENABLE_FORWARD_USER_INFO_HEADERS=true

Without this setting, you won't be able to track usage by individual user emails in your Qorebit analytics dashboard.

1. Connection Setup

Navigate to: /admin/settings/connections in your OpenWebUI admin panel.

Add or Edit OpenAI Connection

  1. Click to edit the existing OpenAI API connection or click + to add a new connection.
  2. Set the API Base URL to:
    https://api.qorebit.ai/v1
  3. Add your Qorebit API key (starts with qb_live_) from your Qorebit Dashboard.
  4. Save your settings.

2. Available Models

Models will be automatically fetched from Qorebit via the /v1/models endpoint.

View and verify fetched models in OpenWebUI at: /admin/settings/models

3. Embeddings Setup

Navigate to: /admin/settings/documents

  1. Under Embedding Model Engine, select OpenAI.
  2. Set Overwrite Base URL to: https://api.qorebit.ai/v1
  3. Add your Qorebit API Key (qb_live_...).
  4. Save your settings.

4. Image Generation Setup

Navigate to: /admin/settings/images

  1. Set the OpenAI API Base URL to: https://api.qorebit.ai/v1
  2. Select OpenAI as the default provider engine.
  3. Use a supported model ID such as: openai/dall-e-3
  4. Add your Qorebit API key.
  5. Save your settings.

5. Analytics & Usage Tracking

With ENABLE_FORWARD_USER_INFO_HEADERS=true enabled, you can track detailed usage analytics by user email, model, and costs inside your Qorebit analytics dashboard.
