By accessing or using Qorebit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Qorebit provides a unified API gateway and orchestration platform that allows users to access various third-party artificial intelligence models (collectively, "Model Providers"). Qorebit is an intermediary and does not own or operate the underlying models provided by third parties such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.

3. User Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify Qorebit immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Qorebit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Qorebit to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Generate content that promotes illegal acts, child exploitation, or extreme violence.
• Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass any rate limits or technical security measures.
• Reverse engineer Qorebit's infrastructure or the underlying models accessed through the gateway.
• Use the Service to build a competing product through scraping or systematic extraction.

5. Third-Party Model Providers

Your use of specific models through Qorebit is also subject to the individual terms of service and usage policies of the respective Model Providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use case complies with their specific requirements. Qorebit is not responsible for any service interruptions, inaccuracies, or policy changes made by these third-party providers.

6. Billing and Credits

• Qorebit operates on a pre-paid credit system or usage-based billing.
• Payments for credits are processed via our third-party payment processors.
• Unused credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specified in a refund window (typically 24 hours from purchase).
• Credits may expire after a period of inactivity (e.g., 12 months) if specified in your account dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property and Content

• You retain all ownership rights to the prompts you input and the completions generated by the models (collectively, 'User Content').
• Qorebit does not use your User Content to train internal or third-party machine learning models.
• You grant Qorebit a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., routing and delivery).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QOREBIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE MODELS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QOREBIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO QOREBIT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
